Rod has over 13 years of experience in public accounting and serves as HPG’s Director of Client Accounting Services.  He was previously with Grant Thornton prior to joining HPG in October 2007.  Rod was a member of the audit practice for over 10 years at HPG and in June 2018 transitioned to lead the client accounting services team.

In his roles with both the Audit and Client Accounting Services teams, he has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including biomedical and pharmaceutical, software and technology development, ag biotech, healthcare, venture funds, nonprofits, and family office.  His experience in these industries includes:  fractional CFO and controller services; audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements; testing and documentation of internal controls for SOX 404 compliance; and general business consulting.  In addition to his current role with the Client Accounting Services team, Rod also leads the Ag Biotech practice at HPG.
